“If reporters took the time to verify their stories instead of wasting their time cropping photos and editing recordings to misrepresent the facts, maybe the rest of us would be better informed and trust the media more.”
“ And finally, during closing arguments, a prosecutor pointed an AR-15 at some of the jurors and other members of the court WITH HIS FINGER ON THE TRIGGER!”
It's a perfect example of tweets becoming facts in service of a pre-determined story.
One of the reason that less ideological sources didn't write about the prosecutor pointing the gun at the jury wasn't because of their bias, but because it didn't happen. Read actual coverage of the trial via Reuters or similar, not repetitions from the Twittersphere in right wing blogs.
So the source you cite agreed that the prosecutor had his finger on the trigger and pointed the firearm towards the jury, and I said that " a prosecutor pointed an AR-15 at some of the jurors..." Seeing as how both constitute a violation of gun safety rules (which was the point I was clearly making), this is a distinction without a difference. And several sources back up my prior claim, as I have already demonstrated.

I think you missed the point of Mean Girls, Ms. Schlafly. And Kyle Rittenhouse wants to know why you’re so obsessed with him.
